Performance Issues Due to Faulty ECM Grounds at Front of Engine on Cadillac Fleetwood

Runs fine, the all of a sudden, begins to run rough, rough idle, stalls when stopped or in turns, check engine light comes on only when on highway, sevice soon light on sometimes. 2 different mechanics couldn't find problem.
I have cadillac brougham 10,000 mile i owned the car for 20 years now.
1 - when i start the car the ac turn on with the ignition, then i can turn it off manually by pressing off on. Climate countrol panel.

2 - a/c blow cold/hot air from below air vent only, dosnt blow any air from dash and above vents.

3 - fuel gage reading wrong always full
dosnt change

4 - parking brake dosnt release when i move transmission from park so i have to release it manually.
