What is your question?
My 2013 Chevrolet Spark is having a misfire issue ever since running it through water. I have replaced the spark plugs and Mass Air Flow Sensor. I have also tested the coil packs. Once I replaced the Mass Air Flow Sensor my check engine light went off, but misfire stayed. OBD II reader is giving me a P0007 code now which is Fuel Shutoff Valve circuit high. I am unsure what else to check other than fuel injectors maybe. Some insight would be much appreciated.
How long has your 2013 Chevrolet Spark had this problem?
A week

I honestly do not see P0007 listed for a Chevrolet Spark. So, I'm wondering about the validity of the test. Engine misfires should be checked first with a manual compression test of each cylinder. You may want to enlist the assistance of some local techs near you. Here's a handy link to search for some local shops -- www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
