i have changed the fuel filter, pcv, plugs and wires, coil.

This code is for random or multiple misfires. Fuel filter may have been needed but will not cause this. You may have a vacuum leak at a cylinder or two causing lean misfire. Have the code verified again and have inspected for the source of the problem. You may have fixed the misfire with the plugs and wires but could have damaged something during the parts swap.
