I would start with the misfire codes. A misfire can cause other codes to set so you want to straighten those out first. If the car is running poorly then you need to locate the misfire. You can swap coils to see if the misfire follows and that would also make for a good time to check the condition of the spark plugs. Fuel pressure and intake leaks can also cause this condition.
