What is your question?
My escort will not idle. I was told it could be the CO2 or oxygen sensor. How had is this to change and where is it. What else could my problem be.

Hey Paul, It can be many things, and I wouldn't start replacing parts until a diagnosis is performed, otherwise you will waste your money on un-needed parts, and that money is better spent actually finding the problem. You can start by checking for vacuum leaks and air leaks in the intake hoses, these will cause an engine to idle poorly or not at all. An oxygen sensor can cause an engine to run poorly when it is warmed up only, if the engine idles OK when cold it cannot be the O2 sensor. I would clean out the idle valve too, this is a common issue with Fords.
