What is your question?
I was driving the other day when I noticed my car was overheating. Then we realized my cooling fans weren't working. The radiator needed replaced anyway, so we did that. Anyway, here's the deal. 175000 miles 3 yr old timing belt and water pump. New starter and ignition coil new radiator and thermostat. If i unplug the ECT switch and turn the car on, the fans work If I turn on the AC the fans work. but when it's running, the fans don't come on. any idea on why this might be?

The cooling sensor under the radiator may needed to be replaced.
