Overheated, fans not turning

What is your question?

Wife said the Air Conditioning quit cooling then shortly thereafter the car overheated so bad it unsoldered the top of the radiator. Engine still starts and runs but the electric fans on the radiator do not run. I checked all fuses and relays and they are good.. what next?
