i over heated, blew the top radiator hose and thermostat, replaced everything, but still over heat and have no heat

The first thing you need to do is to verify cooling system integrity. Make sure there are no leaks and the system is full with no air pockets. Make sure the radiator has good flow as well as your heater core. If you can verify all that, then make sure your cooling fan works as designed too. Lastly, you may want to check to make sure there are no internal engine coolant leaks, as with a head gasket leak or cracked head. Although this engine is not known for head issues, any engine overheated significantly or repeatedly can have a failure.
