Can't get anyone who has a reader for this obd1. Car speedometer not reading and car doesn't seem to shift but moves and just increases rpm without shifting.

I would agree with Dave's assessment above and would add that we have the necessary equipment and training to service your OBD1 compliant Corsica. In fact, we have the factory diagnostic equipment, as well as an ASE Blue Seal of Excellence shop to handle it. We may be reached at: (248)307-1200 Thank you, Interstate Auto Care customer service team
Hello, you definitely need a qualified tech who can check out your vehicle. My instinct would suggest that you have a problem related to the vehicle speed sensor. This component supplies data to your speedometer to show your current speed, and typically feeds information to the transmission to help it determine proper shift points. The sensor, wiring, or even the gear that drives the sensor could be compromised.
