What is your question?
WE just bought this from my in laws. Great lil vehicle but my mother in law told me that after the last oil change at Landmark Jeep in Springfield, IL she has had the problem where after filling or topping off the gas tank the Jeep will hesitate and / or stall out. It hesitates and if you are driving you can accelerate and she will take off and go. If you are stopped and can't accelerate it will stall out. Why? What is the issue? I was first thinking vac. but I don't hear it so I'm wondering if it could be the gas cap or possibly need fuel clean out as they basically only drove it around the city. Thanks.
Nope. No light. My mother in law did say that after Landmark did the last oil change she drove out and before she went a 1/2 mile the check engine light went on. She immediately went back and showed them. They had the oil tech who did the work look at it and he said, "It wasn't doing that when I worked on it." The Service MGR turned the vehicle off let it sit for a few minutes and then turned it back on and the situation appeared to rectify itself. However, ever since then the issue mentioned in my question has been evident. Thanks.
We'll if you turn the car off it will eventually restart the computer again It is better to scan that computer when the check engine light comes on again.. Okay Why your car hesitates and stalls out Since this newer cars now days are computerized I would recommend to replace 1- crankshaft sensor 2- camshaft sensor
