What gives -- doesn't matter, necessarily, where you go. Workmanship is always a big deal, though, no matter where you go. You could go to the best facility and have a technician make a mistake. It's best to return to the point of service to have your vehicle inspected. If it's a workmanship issue, they'll step up and make it right, hopefully. If it's a concern with your vehicle, they will hopefully advise that also.
