Oil Blowout Around Cap

Got an '88 Volvo 740 wagon, about 250K miles, oil is blowing out past the oil cap. No pcv valve to replace. How do I fix this?

Clean the pcv hose and flame trap housing, make sure none of it is plugged. Check the brass nipple at the intake manifold too.
Replace the oil cap seal too.
