HOW DO YOU CHANGE THE OIL AND FILTER ON A 06 COOPER

a 2006 cooper, it has been out of warranty for about a year i am guessing, you should still pay and get it serviced by the professionals if you do not understand and are unable to carry out an oil service. besides you need a 36mm which is a little hard to find in a 1/2" socket.
