Odometer stuck at +694,000 miles (not actual miles)

The odometer was at approximately 125,000 miles and then suddenly jumped to more than 694,000 miles. The odometer is now stuck at 694,978 miles. How to repair the problem?
Front passenger door handle broken inside but is still attached. It cannot open the door. How to install a replacement door handle?

The odometer problem may be due to a defective body control module. No way to diagnose without a scan tool. Need to remove door panel to access inside door handle. If you are not familiar with door panel removal, it is easy to damage-need proper panel tool. Again, the rear door panel needs to be removed to diagnose the door lock issue.
