Occasional stall at red lights .

No it isn't that is what is throwing me off .

Try cleaning throttle body with THROTTLE BODY CLEANER and a tooth brush. Clean inside and open throttle clean back side of throttle plate. When finished and everything reassembled,hold gas pedal down part throttle and start engine let it clear out then idle for about 2min.
