Observed several drops of oil on garage floor-should I worry-oil changed last month-level good

Thanks-had checked-technician put car on lift-found engine seal leaking-said probably going on for some time-does not make sense to repair since the engine would need to be removed-said to just maintain oil level at full-basically, 'live with it'. Would you agree?
