What is your question?
I RECENTLY SMOGGED MY SATURN AND IT FAILED SAYING 4 SENSORS SHOW NOTHING YET. AND AFTER DRIVING A LITTLE THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AFTER I TOOK IT BACK TO THE SMOG THEY SAID THERE WAS STILL SENSORS OUT, BUT THE CHECK ENGINE SIGNAL CAME FROM A CODE OF PO733 WITCH SHOWS IN MY CODE BOOK AS GEAR 3 RATIO INCORRECT. HOW OR CAN THIS BE FIXED EASY OR CHEAPLY?

Looking on line at Saturn car forums the problem is internal in the transmission. Several people had suggest servicing the transmission by changing the transmission filter and fluid. Are you noticing any drivability problems that seem transmission related?
this code is related to your transmission. You have gear ratio error codes in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear. You could check your transmission fluid and see if it's cherry red or burnt looking. My guess is you have a transmission that's gone out. Sorry for the bad news.but it's my line of work. If you had a input speed sensor code then I would say it's a problem with the sensor but since you didn't mention it's probably a transmission problem.
it seams to thump when it goes into 3rd or 4th, but if you let off the gas pedal a little when its suppose to shift, everything seams smooth. but i've noticed after driving 10 or 20 minutes, it seams to running in high rpms to i brake so it downshifts.
