OBD-II Code Decreased engine performance is defined as a Diesel Intake Air Flow Control System - Low Air Flow Detected

The volume of air going through the intake is controlled by the Intake Airflow Control Valve on the throttle body. If the engine control module (PCM) determines there is not enough airflow through the Intake Airflow Control Valve, the PCM will set code P02ED.Failure of the Intake Airflow Control Valve may require replacement of the throttle body assembly, as it is not always serviceable separately.
