What causes OBD-II fault code P02E6?
The volume of air going through the intake is controlled by the Intake Airflow Control Valve on the throttle body. The Intake Airflow Position Sensor tells the engine control module (PCM) the position of the Diesel Intake Airflow Control Valve. When the PCM detects a problem with this sensor or the circuit for the sensor, it will set code P02E6. This sensor is replaced as a unit with the throttle body and is not serviceable separately.
