having 2 sensors fail at the same time is unlikely. the heater fuse is probably blown and you need to find which sensor or wire issue caused it to blow. replacing the sensors may or may not fix the issue. could be an expensive guess. they are on the exhaust, one in front of the converter and one on the rear of the converter. i respect mastertechs advice but as an owner of a 2001 blazer there is one o2 sensor on each y pipe and one after the cat converter.
