3 monitors show not ready when vehicle inspected. EVAP, 2nd Sensor and EGR. How do I get monitors to "ready". No battery disconnection, no work done on vehicle since last inspection 2009, no check engine light and have tried variety of drive patterns to try and set but nothing works. Any suggestions appreciated.
