not much air blows when fan is turned on (inside cab)

There is a cabin air filter under the passenger side of the dash I would start there and make sure it is not restricted, also make sure there is no leaves or debris along the wiper sill panel at the bottom of the windscreen as that is where air is drawn into the car.
