Hello, Have Ford fix it under warranty if possible, otherwise, check the mode door that lets in outside air and sets the air to recirculate. Next, check that the cabin air filter is not torn to bits. After that, check the blower motor to see if it has become damaged. Either too much air is moving through the unit while driving, there is too little restriction, or there is debris in the ducts. You could also change the setting to recirculate air and see if that changes the noise.
