Noise from right wheel when turning left

Hello, When you turn left, all the weight from the front of the vehicle is placed on the right front tire... mostly. The wadded weight will expose issues with wheel bearings, by making a grinding, squealing, whirring, or other related noise. In your case, all you have to do is lift the wheel off the ground, and see if the wheel can shake, plus see if there is any noise or vibration as the wheel spins freely.
