what causes brake to make noise in the morning car back of car lifts up when i stop

If the brake pad or brake shoe material is sufficiently thick it is possible that the brakes just drag a little until they are "exercised" . In most cases it is however just an issue with the material/ compound of which the brake pads are made or the surface of the rotors or brake drum.
