no transmission fluid coming from the cooler lines pressurer Return

Hello, I'm not sure what the goal of this test is. If you have no engagement, and fluid is full and clean - and you have verified the command has been sent to the transmission shift solenoids to go into gear -- then you have an internal mechanical transmission concern. Removing cooler lines really isn't helpful.

I imagine if the transmission were *shifted into gear* - fluid would spray out of the pressure line.. I imagine that would happen !
