No Tach or Interior Electrical

What is your question?

Car wasnt used for 2 months, when returned battery was dead, replaced battery, power windows, radio, ac/heater fan, tachometer all do not work. Battery light is on as well as Airbag warning light. Car runs fine but battery does not charge. Please assist
