What is your question?
The turn signals work but there is no noise coming from them, no seat belt noise, no door chime either. How do I fix this?

Hello, I am just discussing this on another GM vehicle today. The signal to chime comes from the body control module (BCM). The BCM sends that signal to the radio. The radio creates the chime through only the driver door speaker. If the connection between the body control module and radio is good, the body control module or radio may be at fault. If the radio is not signalling the speaker to chime, but it is receiving the signal from the body control module, the radio is at fault. Also, make sure the speaker works. Turn the balance and fade to the driver door speaker, and see if it plays music. Then, turn off the radio, turn the key to ON, and open the door. You might be able to hear it faintly chiming with your ear to the speaker even if the speaker works normally.
