No heat & or A/C coming out

Hi I had my heater coil replace but still no heat blowing blower blows but not heat. also the a/c dosen't blow out cool air

You could have an engine that is not getting hot enough, or a temperature blend door motor in the dash that is not working. Check the inlet and outlet hoses for the heater core -- very hot? Both? If so, it's a blend door issue.
