no headlights power to switch but not to headlights

What is your question?

i have changed the relay and the headlight switch, no head lights . i have power going to the switch but nothing coming out of the switch . what could this be ?

What makes this problem better or worse?

I JUMP THE POWER TO HEADLIGHT WIRE AND THEY WORK

testing needed.. check the battery ground from battery to pass side fender,see if loose/broken/corroded..check the headlight switch connector for corrosion//burnt...possible bad turn signal switch(Combination Switch)...

I have tried 2 headlight switches if I take a wire jump from the hot to the headlight wire they work then I also can use the combo switch to flash lights and high beams. I have no power coming out of the headlight switch once I connect it to the plug. Plug is in great shape .
