checked fuse, swapped relay, installed new pump. turn the key and no power to the pump.
pump won't run when it is cranking either.
Test power and ground with volt ohm meter... Check wiring to pump for damage.. scan test PCM... Will engine try to run on spray into intake?.. Carb cleaner etc..BE CAREFUL! That will test ignition which has to be working as well for pump to run... It's beginning to be not so DIY and you may need hands-on help!! You must *TEST* ALL FUSES!!!!!!!
Take a TEST LIGHT and TEST every fuse you can find with key on... After that.. Find a mechanic to help out hands-on..
