Neither the fan or a/c comes on in my 2010 Tacoma.

If the blower motor in the car is not coming on then you need to check for power at the motor. If there is power when it is commanded on you may have a bad motor. If the ac compressor is not coming on either this could be a control issue with the HVAC control panel. Some hands-on electrical testing is needed.
