Navigation screen going crazy

It's possible there is a software update available that could remedy the issues. This is similar to when your phone gets an update to fix bugs. You will have to bring it to a Mercedes dealer for them to hook up the computer and check for updates. If you are still under the 4 year/ 50,000 mile warranty this would be covered. Alex
