What is your question?
2008 Honda Ridgeline RTX with 144K. This truck has been losing 2 cups of coolant every 50-60 miles. I've replaced the radiator, the upper and lower radiator hoses, four new constant compression clamps, new thermostat and gasket, but no improvement. There are no visible signs of coolant leaks outside the engine, around hoses, on the radiator or on the garage floor. I have done 3 cold pressure tests on the radiator.... failed all three times with the pressure dropping from 15 psi to 3 psi in 40 minutes. Again, no visible external leaks during these tests. Yesterday I performed a chemical test on the radiator, with the blue indicator and the rubber bulb for 50 minutes while the truck was running and the indicator did NOT turn yellow. Compression tested all 6 cylinders...all normal. Oil level is not rising and looks and smells like oil. No foam or oil creaminess of coolant mixing with the oil. There is a little white smoke on cold start up, but could very well be condensation. Please help.

This engine is not consuming coolant. It would be extremely unusual and unlikely. With all the repairs that have been done and all the testing, I just look at air pockets. Stop the testing in repairs, purge the air out of the cooling system and recheck. I can't explain why the radiator would be failing tests unless the test is flawed. Are you experiencing overheating? It doesn't seem like it. Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
