My window wiper motor has stopped. How can I replace it and get it to work again

I have seen the window regulator fail, if so you hear the motor operate when you operate the switch. If you don't hear the motor at least try to operate it could be the motor, switch, fuse or wiring issue but would have to be properly diagnosed to see which component failed. From Lexus the motor and regulator is $375 approx and about an hour to replace. For instructions to test or replace, there is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect....
