My vehicle shakes while in idle/park only

What is your question?

I have noticed my vehicle shakes not really bad or really loud but enough of both to notice something isn't right also I feel almost like the vehicle jumps or slips while driving (transmission maybe)

What makes this problem better or worse?

When I’m in idle/Park it’s worse when I drive it’s better

How long has your 2016 Jeep Compass had this problem?
