My Tucson moving has problem!!!!

Hello I have a Tucson 2009 and when I want to start moving, by steering wheel to end of left or right then the car moves very hardly and when move a little bit make one noise in differential. please let me know what is the problem and how can I repair this problem. thank you and best regards.
