What is your question?
It's the buttons around, the volume and changing radio stations, that don't work
How long has your 2012 Honda Civic had this problem?

Hello, There are a few things to consider: -the clock spring behind the steering wheel (you must remove the steering wheel to see it) may be going bad, as it sends power and signal to everything on the steering wheel. -You may have a bad fuse, but I would assume all of the steering wheel function would be lost -The radio may have a poor connection to data lines for those buttons -the body control module may not be receiving or sending the digital signal from those buttons to the radio -the buttons may have failed As you may have gathered from this list, this may not be a fun one to figure out, but you can start by checking your fuses. If your fuses are good, listen for any abnormal sound coming from behind the steering wheel when you turn all the way back and forth. If no noises, it is time to start testing the circuit, and this is where most would decide to send it to a professional.
