my sd card for navigation doesnt sem to be in the slot. it's not in my car. how can i see if it's in there. my navigation isnt working and neither is my voice recognition

Hello, not very sure what the questions is -- you stated the card doesn't seem to be in the slot, and yet you removed it and put it in? I would strongly advise assistance from your local Lexus dealership hands on so you can sort all this out. Perhaps it could even be still under the warranty period. At the very least, they are familiar with the vehicle, systems, functionality and the SD card.

It popped back out of the slot and is lying inside the cabin - SOME-WHERE! Good luck!
