my rear driver side window wont go up?

my rear driver side window wont go down it used to now has a inch left and wont go down anymore but all switchs work but that one even the back passenger side works from back console and front it makes a noise when I try to roll it up any idea what needs to replaced window lift motor the whole motor or the assembly or regulator I have no clue im a girl lol TIA!!!
