My radio say cannot load system software disc type incorrect please insert correct system disc

Hello, I know this sounds ridiculous but -- have you verified you're using the proper system disc, and are you certain it is not damaged in any way? Step one would be to swap with known good disc. Step two would be to remove the assembly and send to an audio specialist for evaluation.
