My powert front seat (passenger side) won't recline.

Sounds like you have power to the switch, but either the toggle is bad or the motor under the seat is bad. Before condeming either make sure their is nothing binding or restricting movement. If you do not have diagnostic info or ability swap driver components to passenger side if possible.
