My pcm fuese keep getting hot & blowing on a 2003 ford expedition.

On my 2003 ford expedition my pcm power relay fuse gets hot and blows the fuse and won't start makes a buzzing noise but when I change it it starts right up no problem sometimes a 2,3 weeks sometimes the next day.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Change the fuse. But still blows it too

Hello, there must be a wiring concern somewhere causing the fuse to blow. Only testing with proper wire testing equipment can figure this out, referencing a wiring diagram.
