I have to prime it to get it started. When it gets started it runs good. I've replaced the fuel filter but that didn't help.

There are several things that are perhaps a little too common on this Accord/year/mileage but any of these are just guesses and proper tests would need to be done prior to replacing any part. Locate the fuel pump see if on cranking you are getting power to the fuel pump (its in the tank under the back seat lower cushion, if you are not getting power the fuel pump relay under the dash fails, if you are getting power get a friend to crank over the car while you hit the fuel tank in an attempt to jar loose the fuel pump brushes (if it then starts replace the pump). Fuel pump relay is a common failure Honda call it a Main Relay/fuel pump relay usually under steering wheel area.Ignition switch electrical portion fails (may be a recall still on that car), and distributor electrical sensors fail but mostly happen when the engine reaches operating temperature. You need a work shop manual for test procedures and wiring diagrams and locations of components, there is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect....
