My hazard lights wont turn off and I did not turn them on.

My car had a flat and was sitting for a few days. When I put air in the tire to get to get fixed the hazard lights came on. I didn't turn them on. they will not go off. We tried taking fuses out and that did not fix the problem. The car even died from the lights staying on. Once jumped..they came right back on. Any help.....please! Thank you.
