My engine makes a whining sound when I first accelerate.

What is your question?

Every time I start from a stop. Once I get up to speed the sound stops. I have had all air fiters replaced and 3 new power steering pumps have been put in.

What makes this problem better or worse?

It is always the same. Nothing makes it better or worse.
