What is your question?
If I let the van sit a while the window will go back up. Is this a fuse, the window regulator or the motor. Anyone got some ideas?

Your window motor is failing Think about it you let the car sit for a little while it will go back up right? Sometimes it's okay to go down but when you raise it it goes slow and then stop and nothing at all after? It's not the fuse or switch That what I think tho
It has a circuit breaker not a fuse, or the fuse would blow and it will not work at all unless the fuse was changed. Could possibly be the switch as well, but no guessing here, needs tested to verify the fault.
Thank you ProfessorG. I will check this out. I have one more favor/question though. Can you tell me where the circuit breaker may be. I know some are under the hood and some vehicles even had them under seats. It would really help me out. I appreciate your help very much.
Well I guess I have egg on my face; This vehicle does show fuses, not normal to me, anyway they are in the left side of the engine compartment, fuses #6 & #10 30amp.
Thank you very much for further looking into this. I'm female and trying to learn and do as much as I can.
That sounds very logical. I will have to have that checked out. Thank you.
