My Chrysler Sebring 2010 convertible randomly stopped but once I restarted or re-cranked it... It turned back on and was driving ok. Is this a major issue?

Did This happen while moving or stopped. Was it a sudden shut off of the car or a slow prolonged stop. Did the dash lights come on ?
