What is your question?
Changed plugs, wires, coil pack, injector, fuel filter, used additives, used high octane still sputters. Compression checked good, fuel pressure was good. It threw a code of engine misfire on calendar #2 and misfire at first 1000 revolutions..had check engine light on but is off now. It went off by its self after adding heet additives, but still has a slight miss on acceleration for a few seconds.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Worse when engine is warmed up
How long has your 2004 Ford F-150 Heritage had this problem?
Few months

The ONLY clue I have of which engine is under hood is > *COIL PACK* .. Why is that? When inquiring about automobile repair - include engine size and transmission type!! You’ll need a capable scan tool for any chance of successful diagnosis - one with cylinder contribution / misfire counter so the actual misfiring cylinder can be pinpointed... Then you have a place to start testing. A digital oscilloscope works well also. Good luck!
