My car starts but won't shift out of park now and tc won't turn on now either

K thanks so much!! I'm glad it sounds like a cheap and quick fix!

most likely it is that switch.Nuetral Safety Switch on transmission could cause a no start and transmission won't shift out of park.hope it's the brake light switch,cause the neutral safety switch is almost $500.00!!!post results.

It starts and runs fine, I just have to keep engaging the shifter bypass with my key. The traction control still won't turn on though. I'm hoping its not the expensive one anyways lol
